Job Description

O objetivo do cargo é fornecer apoio administrativo ao Departamento de Financeiro, garantindo uma gestão documental adequada, processamento de informação financeira e assistência nas tarefas operacionais diárias. Apoiar os processos contabilísticos e de alocação de caixa através do registo, organização e conciliação precisos dos dados financeiros.

Responsabilidades:

  • Registar, digitalizar, classificar e arquivar documentos financeiros e administrativos
  • Gerir o correio de entrada e saída (físico e eletrónico), garantindo uma distribuição adequada
  • Fornecer apoio administrativo geral às equipas de contabilidade e finanças
  • Auxiliar na validação e publicação das faturas dos fornecedores, seguindo procedimentos internos
  • Apoiar a preparação dos pagamentos bancários e os processos básicos de faturação
  • Identificar e alocar corretamente os pagamentos recebidos no sistema
  • Apoiar as conciliações bancárias diárias através da revisão das transações e garantindo a precisão
  • Detetar discrepâncias e comunicar os problemas à equipa de contabilidade para resolução
  • Auxiliar na melhoria das rotinas administrativas e dos fluxos de documentos
  • Contribuir para a manutenção de registos precisos e garantir o cumprimento das políticas internas

Competências:

  • Experiência prévia em funções administrativas em ambientes financeiros ou contabilísticos
  • Compreensão básica dos processos de identificação e alocação de pagamentos
  • Fortes competências organizacionais, atenção ao detalhe e capacidade de gerir prazos
  • Atitude proativa e capacidade para priorizar tarefas
  • Trabalho de equipa e boa comunicação interpessoal
  • Literacia informática (Word, PowerPoint); boas competências em Excel são apreciadas
  • A experiência com sistemas ERP é uma vantagem
  • Competências de leitura e escrita em inglês
