Job Description

O objectivo desta função passa por gerir um portfolio NPL – Unsecured – com maior foco na cobrança dos valores judiciais com o objectivo de concluir o plano de negócios / objectivos da empresa.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Análise e gestão de portfolios de Créditos Não Produtivos (NPL – Non-Performing Loans) aplicando as regras e processos judiciais para colecionar os valores referenciados;
  • Assegurar que os prazos dos processos judiciais são cumpridos da melhor forma possível;
  • Comunicação com os tribunais, agentes de fiscalização e advogados, no sentido de recuperar os valores pretendidos;
  • Experiência demonstrada em revisões de contractos e outros documentos legais que assegurem na totalidade os direitos legais da empresa;
  • Providenciar opiniões legais e orientação, que podem incluir opiniões gerais de teor legal relativamente às melhores práticas, input em decisões de negócio e estratégias legais para negociações e outras actividades legais;
  • Apoio à empresa na procura, análise, interpretação e aplicação de leis, directrizes regulatórias e códigos da indústria relevantes para as actividades do Grupo em Portugal;
  • Assistência nas diligências devidas (due diligence) de potencias aquisições;
  • Elaboração de relatórios de suporte à produtividade e custos,

Person specification:

  • Curso/Licenciatura em Direito (pré-Bolonha) Ou Mestrado (pós-Bolonha);
  • Fluente em Inglês.

  • Capacidade organizativa, capacidade para gerir tempo e prioritizar tarefas, gestão de conflitos e capacidade para gerir projectos;
  • Experiência em servições financeiros e Processos Judiciais;
  • Elevado nível de autonomia técnica, Elevado sentido de responsabilidade, integridade e ética;
  • Capaz de pensar de uma forma estatégica, com uma rápida presdesposição para resolver os problemas, avaliar os riscos inerentes e recomendar uma solução em linha com os objectivos da empresa e do seu negócio;
  • Elevado nível de independência e conforto enquanto colaboradora de um negócio caracterizado pela sua rapidez;
  • Capacidade natural em gerir grandes volumes de negócio com os seus detalhes e complexidades, mas que, ao mesmo tempo, consiga trabalhar e comunicar com simplicidade;
  • Flexibilidade para gerir uma variedade de problemas legais que advêm de um ambiente multi-cultural, mesmo que estas estejam fora das suas principais áreas de especialização;
  • Capacidade para construer relações interpessoais e trabalhar em equipa;
  • Conhecimentos informáticos como: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, entre outros.
