Tramitar el proceso judicial y la gestión telefónica de las carteras conforme a las directrices establecidas, garantizando la excelencia en la gestión, la satisfacción del cliente y el máximo recobro de la deuda.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Realizar y gestionar llamadas telefónicas a los clientes para la gestión del recobro de la deuda en tiempo y forma:
- Garantizar la excelencia en la gestión, aplicando el protocolo establecido y siguiendo los máximos estándares de calidad de la Compañía.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la RGPD.
- Velar por la satisfacción del cliente con el servicio.
- Implementar las mejoras propuestas por el departamento de Calidad.
- Asesorar al cliente con el fin de encontrar la solución financiera que mejor se adecúe a sus circunstancias, y que le permita afrontar la deuda a corto/largo plazo:
- Sondear la situación del cliente y adaptar las tácticas de negociación de su perfil.
- Aportar vías de solución, llegando a la resolución que beneficie a ambas partes.
- Realizar el seguimiento de los acuerdos e identificar las causas de las desviaciones.
- Gestionar íntegramente los procedimientos procesales, responsabilizándose de todas las fases:
- Estudiar la situación de los expedientes y preparación de nuevas demandas/acuerdos extrajudiciales.
- Búsqueda de jurisprudencia y petición de documentación.
- Colaborar activamente, tanto con departamentos internos como con el cliente contrario, para la búsqueda de acciones que promuevan la consecución de acuerdos.
- Agendar plazos, vistas y similares, así como revisar vencimientos.
- Gestionar notificaciones en tiempo y forma.
- Redacción de escritos siguiendo plantillas predefinidas.
- Solucionar incidencias y subsanar defectos.
- Cumplir con la planificación establecida, y con los objetivos cualitativos y cuantitativos fijados.
- Detectar situaciones/incidencias tanto en el sistema como en la gestión que puedan representar algún riego para la Compañía, y proponer soluciones.
- Cumplimiento de buenas prácticas ambientales en oficina.
Formal Education & Certification
- Deseable Grado Universitario en Derecho, o experiencia en puesto similar de más de 1 año.
